This is an order for one plant in a four inch pot.  Your plant sale order will be available for pick up in our farm store from May 17 through May 25 and we will be open 7:30 am to 7pm daily.  Please choose local pick up for your shipping option.  We do not ship plants.  
 
Sugar Baby Watermelon
Small and sweet heirloom watermelon variety.  Small watermelons like Sugar Baby perform best in with our short Northern summers in Connecticut.  An old fashioned watermelon with seeds; yet, the seeds are easy to remove (if desired) because they tend to grow in stripes through the flesh of the melon.  The first melons ripen in late August and a second batch will then typically grow on the plants and ripen in mid September.  When there is a late first frost, I can sometimes pick a few more smal melons in early October.
